The ARTROOM is very excited to be celebrating with you! Please review our policies and procedures before paying the $100 nonrefundable deposit needed to save your date at the bottom of this page.

 

SETUP:

Your party package includes 15 minutes allotted for setup and clean up before and after your time slot.

Our parties are tightly scheduled, so there is a $20 fee for going over the 15 minutes.

During setup you are welcome to park in our driveway.

 

Materials:

We provide high quality art supplies and smocks.

Please have a parent accompany toddlers or preschoolers participating in projects designed for older kids.

A note about clay projects: Occasionally ceramic pieces will break while being fired in the kiln. If a piece from your party breaks, the artist is more than welcome to schedule a time to redo the piece.

 

Location and parking:

We are located at 91 Lafayette Circle Lafayette, CA 94549.

Metered and free two-hour parking is available on Lafayette Circle. Free longer term parking is available on Brook Street.

 

Payment:

The number of guests in attendance and a final quote are confirmed two weeks before the event.

Once a final quote has been established it will only be adjusted if you are adding to your guest count.

If fewer guests show up then you confirmed, you still have to pay the original quote. (We prepare materials for your confirmed number).

Please check in with us before the date of the party if you have any late additions to your guest list as we’ll need to stock proper supplies.

Our teaching artist will help you complete payment, which is due at the end of your party. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

2D Party (ages 5-Adult): $390 for 10 artists, +$25 per additional guest. Max # of artists is 15.

11 x 14 Canvas Party: $400 for 10 artists, +$40 per additional artist. Max # of artists is 15.

Ceramic Wheel Party (Age 9+) $500 for 5 guests. Max # of artists is 5.

Ceramic Hand-building $450 for 10 guests. Max # of artists is 10.

 

Party room:

The ARTROOM provides tables, plastic tablecloths, and chairs, but feel free to add your own flair! Party hosts are responsible for decorations, paper goods, utensils, and refreshments.

We encourage you to bring your favorite snacks and beverages to serve at your party.

We have a kitchen with a full refrigerator/freezer and an oven that you will have access to during the party.
