Come glaze your pottery with us! This workshop is for any of our Adult Wheel students who would like extra time with a Teaching Artist to go over glazing and answer any questions about the process. You will have access to the White, Clear, and Black glazes provided by the studio for students and to bring any additional low-fire glazes you wish to use. The workshop will cover a refresher on how to glaze, tips & tricks on glazing, using wax resist, and more!

This workshop will not entail ANY wet clay - i.e. no throwing on the wheel, trimming pieces, etc. This workshops expects attendees to already have bisqueware that needs to be glazed. There is another option to purchase boneyard pieces to glaze from the studio.

Dive into the world of wheel throwing alongside your child! This workshop is the perfect chance for young kids and parents alike to get their hands dirty and learn the basics of wheel throwing. You will get to learn the basic steps of how to throw a piece from start to finish! Pieces will be glazed a basic white by the Teaching Artist afterwards and will be ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks. Please register a parent/adult at the same time as the child!

Ages: 18+

Immerse yourself in the world of pottery alongside a loved one! You will get to learn the basic steps of how to throw a piece from start to finish and get your hands dirty while learning a new skill. Pieces will be glazed a basic white by the Teaching Artist afterwards and will be ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks.

March 16th

Ages 5+
$45 per student

Come paint a painting to celebrate St. Patrick’s day with us! Students will get to use acrylic paints to create a green-themed artwork on canvas. Parents are encouraged to register to join alongside their child(ren).

March 16th
1-3pm
Ages: 7+
$60 per student

Come create a flower pot just in time for spring! Students will use the slab roller to handbuild their pot with a water drain plate. Each artist will decorate their pot and finish the piece by painting it in glaze. Parents are encouraged to join alongside their child(ren).

Pieces will take 3-4 weeks after the workshop to be ready for pickup!
